Last night was seamless.
Fed at 10pm, went to sleep. We woke him to eat at 2am, went back to sleep very easily. He woke up again at 5:30 and has been awake on and off since then. Can't get any better than that.
(our only cheat was that we gave him an ounce of formula after his 2am feeding to help him go back to sleep - that's when he had trouble before).

I hope that you have been able to avoid any Noah diaper changes since you were not looking forward to that. ;)
