We are finishing up getting everything read for the trip. We will be 99% ready to go when we head to bed. It will be an EARLY morning so that we can get a good head start while Erin sleeps in the car. I just hope the plan works and she'll continue dozing for a couple hours.
For the rest of the trip, we have long stops along the way to stretch our legs. It'll be 8 hours of driving, but we'll be "road trippin" for about 14 hours. Should arrive at our destination at 6pm.
The thing is, Erin is in complete control of whether we have a great day or a horrible day. I'm glad she doesn't realize how much control she is holding over us. Or maybe she does........
