Birthday Girl

The party went very well. We had a rough start because some of us got a little lost in the park because they forgot to bring a park map - we won't name names (okay, it was me) - and another group of people also reserved our same shelter. But we got it all worked out and it was a great party.

Erin didn't really know what to think of her cake. She looked a little confused when we were all staring at her and singing, then she didn't really like having the cake all over her fingers. She did okay with it, but after a few minutes she wanted out of the chair.

I thought she'd be off to bed as soon as we got home, but after a bath and a cup of water she was good to go for a while. So we opened presents. Thank you to everyone who got her something - she will enjoy the toys & books and the clothes were needed.
