Things have been going very well with the nap training. I have been putting her down for more naps than she normally takes, but it's because she's only sleeping for 30 minutes each time. Once she can go for an hour or more, I can cut it back to 2 or 3.
Summary of yesterday: nap 1 - cried 40 minutes; nap 2 - cried 40 minutes; nap 3 - hardly cried; nap 4: cried for 50 minutes and never slept; bedtime - fell asleep immediately and slept 12 hours. Good day overall.
Today so far: she's gone down twice and has gotten quiet within 5 minutes. So I'm very happy with how this is going.
Now maybe I can get some freedom throughout the day! It's about time.
