Got back home yesterday after visiting with the Barnettes for 3 days. It was just me and the kids...Sean was off in LA at a conference. It was easier to have help with the kids for those few days...and it was nice to have the company (a 2 year old and a 7 month old don't hold very in-depth conversations).
Sean was supposed to be getting home this afternoon, but that's most likely not going to happen due to the crazy snow/ice storm. He's flying into Charlotte this morning and then staying with his bro, Alex. Who knows when it will be safe to drive home.
So the kids and I are stuck in the house. We cleaned out the fridge before leaving last Thursday so our food supply is pretty low. Luckily we have milk and a few other basics. The freezer seems to have a few dinner options for us. Hopefully it will be fine to get to the store tomorrow.
Noah hit a milestone today.....more on that later....
