Sean and Erin will be heading home soon. I'm glad Noah and I survived our two days alone. Haven't completely solved the sleep issues, but it's a work in progress.
My main problem is getting him to fall asleep on his own in his crib. It's difficult with Erin around to have a calm, peaceful atmosphere while I rock him to sleep in my arms. And since she keeps him awake sometimes, he progressively gets more overtired.
I made an effort last night to allow him to fall asleep on his own. I listened to the crying for as long as I could before I gave up (I did still feed him when he needed to eat). I think he might just be a little too young for that just yet.

Sean is the one who cooks and does the grocery shopping around here. And since it was a last minute decision for me to stay home this weekend, I didn't have a well stocked fridge. I've eaten most of the snacks and most of the leftover food. I haven't been able to get away to the store or cook anything. It even took me until 10:30 before I could eat my breakfast this morning.
I think after the nap he's taking now I'll head out to Wendy's or something. The salty, sugary, fatty food sounds so good right now :)..........hey, don't judge, I already weight about 7 or 8 pounds less than when I got pregnant with Noah.
