We've been having some issues with the shortest one since late last week. I took him to the doctor on Friday after finding some blood in his diaper after a couple of poops. In addition, he hasn't been eating well and has basically refused the bottle (we are needing to supplement more since he's not gaining as he should be). He's a little extra fussy and it's been harder to get him to fall (and stay) asleep.
It all could be pointing to a milk protein allergy. A blood sample was taken today to determine if that's what it is. We won't know the verdict for about 10 days. I was given a sample of formula that's specifically for babies with milk protein allergies and was told not to take dairy out of my diet until we know what's going on.
So none of this is majorly serious, just annoying for us. I'll be happy when we've got it figured out and fixed.

That's what Hannah had. I still nursed but took all dairy out of my diet (that was very hard to do!). She still didn't eat well though. The good news now though is that she is drinking regular milk and is fine!
