Noah is two weeks old today. He's still treating us pretty well, letting us sleep for good chunks of the night. Some nights are better than others, but we can normally get a good stretch of 4 or 5 hours of quiet.
Days are relatively predictable too. He spends some time awake in the morning and around dinner time. Most of the afternoon is spent dozing. The biggest challenge is waking him up to eat when he is just out cold. It's nearly impossible.
All of my help will be going away by Monday, and it will just be me and the kids. A week ago that thought really scared me, but I'm a little more ready for that now. Both Noah and Erin are going to have to learn to wait when mom is busy with the other one.
Well Erin just left with Grandma for storytime at the library and Noah is asleep. So it would be wise of me to lay down...
