One thing is certain with kids...their routine is always changing. Once you finally think you've got it down, they change it and there's nothing you can do about it.
The "Spring forward" time change was definitely in our favor. Erin started getting up a little later in the mornings. We were sometimes getting 7:30/8am out of her.
And it was nice because even after we switched her to the toddler bed, she would still stay in her room until we came to get her - even if it was 30 minutes. We'd hear her in there talking and playing happily with her toys.
A few mornings ago, we were woken up around 7 to little feet across the kitchen floor, into our bedroom, and then giggles by the bedside.
The next morning it was 6:45, and this morning I think it was 6:25. Every time we have been greeted by one happy little two year old.
She'll get into bed, get under the covers for about 2 seconds before she's up and jumping on one of us. She'll play and giggle for about 5 or 10 minutes before she starts asking for us to make breakfast.
Guess this is the new thing for a little while.
