Eating

The past several nights, Luke has not been waking up to eat. I think he's finally going to start sleeping through the night regularly!

Over the past few weeks, most nights I'll hear him on the monitor sometime during the night. I know he'll be awake, making little sounds but not crying. I decided to stop going in with a bottle unless he starts crying. Most of the time he just goes back to sleep on his own after 10 or 15 minutes. More and more nights he was going without any food. And now I think he's officially a day-time eater.

He's getting solid foods, but only about every three days or so. I often forget or just get too busy with everything else. At this point, it's no big deal. He doesn't need solid food yet, it's just practice for now. But I'm planning to bring the high chair back out today. It's hard to feed him in my lap and not make a mess. I enjoyed having the high chair put away for a couple of months since Noah stopped using it. It's so big and bulky (but it was free, so that's okay).

Oh, on a side note. Noah calls him "Lukie." No idea where that came from, but kinda cute.
