365 Days of Noah

Noah has already gotten a haircut and needs another.

He thinks it's funny when he sneezes.

He has gone from aimlessly waving his arms to sitting up to crawling to walking everywhere he goes.

He loves to watch videos on the computer and is fascinated by the TV screen.

He's not afraid to be held by strangers (strangers to him, not to us) and his favorite person is his sister.

He loves to eat and so far isn't very picky. He started bottles full time at 2 months (because of miscommunication) and has gone down from 6 bottles a day to 3, and now is transitioning to none.

Because of our diligent sleep training around 5 months, he can be put to bed without a peep and will sleep straight through the night for around 12 hours without ever needing his mommy. He wakes up a happy boy ready to start the day.

Naps on the other hand have been more of a challenge throughout this first year. I had many struggles with him in the beginning, and for several months he was my 30-minute napper. But for the past month or two, I have gotten my break. He consistently takes 2 naps a day at 1.5 to 2 hours per nap.

Teething has been much more of an issue with him than it was for Erin. His first tooth appeared right at 7 months and now he has 5 with another starting to poke through. You know when this boy is teething...cranky, cranky, cranky.

He is just now getting an interest in books. He loves 2 different picture books about color and also Llama Llama Red Pajama. He'll waddle up to you with a book in hand and sit in your lap. But his attention span is short, so you gotta read fast.
