I know most of this side of the country (north of us) is getting buried in snow, but we live in the south. We aren't supposed to be seeing this much snow. Ideally, I like one or two snows per winter. It's enough to keep it new and exciting when it does snow, but not so much that you ever get tired of it.
We've got a steady stream falling and some accumulation. It's just enough to keep us inside all day. Luckily we didn't really have any plans. Our option was to go to the storytime at the zoo, which has been fun to go to during these cold days (especially since we get in free), and it's ending this month. But I think we'll have to pass for today.
We're already on our first viewing of the Lion King (most days we don't even make it this late). I hope I can keep it to only twice today. She's been kind of cranky this morning and has been throwing a fit every time I tell her no. And even though you always want to be the ideal parent, sometimes it's just easier to give in.
