Our Day on Monday

For Memorial Day we decided to give Erin a break from a long car ride and stay in town. But we still ended up having a very full day.

It's shameful that it took us 2 years of living here to go down by the Tennessee River and take a walk (it's only a few miles south of us). There are some restaurants on the river, so we also had a nice lunch.

Our afternoon consisted of running a few errands, playing with Erin at home and eating a great crockpot dinner. After Erin went to bed, we cleaned up, made cookies and watched a movie.

It was really nice to have the three of us spend the day together.
