Back Home

As always, the trip went by too fast. It was a lot of fun, but it was also good to get home. We drove straight through again - leaving at 5:30am and arriving home at 3:30am with a long stop in New Orleans for lunch. Erin did just as well on the ride home as the ride out there. I was nervous about how she'd do, and she did amazing. She also did well sleeping at night, only waking up early a couple times. We couldn't have asked for better.

We were glad to get back and have two full days to relax before the week starts. S begins the semester tomorrow. And I go back to being a mom (I guess that never really stopped :).
