Not The Best Weekend In The History Of Weekends

It wasn't that bad, but there have been better.

I thought I had kept all my cold germs to myself this week, but apparently a few got away. I now have a sniffling other half. So it's been a pretty low key couple of days. Saturday we felt like getting out of the house for a bit, and since it was too cold to take a hike somewhere, we just took a walk around the increasingly crowded mall. That was underwhelming.

We were going to try to all go to Mass together this morning, but Erin was too fussy beforehand and we knew how this would turn out. So we went separately. The only other thing we did today was go out for lunch. It was our treat to ourselves for a ho-hum weekend. We did have a coupon and all...

Since I was at the 6pm Mass tonight, S had to put Erin to bed with a bottle as the last feeding - which is never done. But that didn't seem to mess up her routine too much because she still got quiet after only a few minutes. Now we know that it doesn't HAVE to be me putting her to bed. Good to know.

Now starts a new week. On the calendar, Erin and I have something going on each day this week, so we'll stay busy. I just can't believe we are so close to Thanksgiving already. Where does the time go?
