I've been going through a lot of pictures that I have on disk to put an order together to make prints. Most of them are from last year - wedding showers, wedding & reception photos taken by friends, honeymoon, etc. Some I haven't looked at in a while, and it's weird to think all that happened ONLY a year ago. It was a fun and wonderful time, but it just seems so long ago. We aren't even the same people we were then. We have moved to a new state, one of us is a full time student, the other is unemployed (well, a freelancer), we are very happy married people, and we're about to become first time parents. Not the same care-free, relatively wealthy, starry-eyed engaged people. Well, maybe we are still starry-eyed.
The above photo was from our wedding shower at Brian & Nicole's. I wanted to post it because we both look so happy...not that we aren't now, but I remember that being a very good day and looking forward to starting a married life. Little did we know that in a mere 6 months we would conceive a child....hehe.
